how can we construct a quadrilateral when four sides and 1 diagonal are given/?

Let we have length of sides of quadrilateral = 5 , cm 6 cm 4 cm and 7 cm and diagonal = 8 cm ,So we construct this quadrilateral , As :
Step 1 : Draw a line AC = 8 cm ( length of diagonal )
Step 2 : Take radius of 5 cm and center " A " draw an arc and take radius 6 cm and center " C " draw an arc on same side that arc cut previous arc at " B " .
Step 3 : Take radius of 4 cm and center " A " draw an arc on other side and take radius 7 cm and center " C " draw an arc on same side that arc cut previous arc at " D " .
Step 4 : Join AB , BC , CD and DA , We get quadrilateral ABCD
